About JINDA

Luoyang Jinda Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is located in Mengjin District, Luoyang City, Henan Province. It is bordered by the Taihang Mountains to the north, the Yellow River to the south, and offers a distant view of Mangshan Mountain. To the west, it is adjacent to the Yellow River Xiaolangdi Water Conservancy Hub and Jiaozhi Railway, and to the east, it is connected to G207 and the Guangdong Guangxi Expressway. The transportation is convenient and the geographical location is superior.
The company was originally affiliated with Sinopec Luoyang Petrochemical Plant and was restructured as an independent legal entity in March 2007. It has now developed into a medium-sized modern enterprise with special oil products as its main business, integrating plastic woven bags, labor protection clothing, inspection and maintenance, trade and other industries. There are five subordinate units: Special Oil Products Operation Department, Sales Co., Ltd., Inspection and Maintenance Engineering Operation Department, Plastic Products Operation Department, and Labor Protection Clothing Operation Department.
The enterprise has successively passed ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO18001 system certifications, forming a three in one management system of quality, health, and environment. In accordance with the modern enterprise management requirements of "institutionalized construction, standardized management, and standardized operation", regular system revision work is carried out to ensure that rules and regulations meet the needs of production, operation, and construction development, and to vigorously promote information technology construction and deepen the application of information technology.
